PERSSEH Peanut oil is produced using special cold press oil extraction machines in special edible oil production lines.
The smoke point of unrefined peanut oil is 160 degrees Celsius and, like sesame oil, it is added to foods as a flavoring. The smoke point of refined peanut oil is 232 degrees Celsius, which is suitable for frying foods such as French fries. This oil, like other oils, can be used for soap making
The most important elements of peanut oil are oleic acid (46.8%), linoleic acid (33.4%), palmitic acid (10%). It also contains some stearic acid, arachidic acid, behnic acid, lignosaric acid, and other fatty acids. From another point of view, this oil has 17% saturated fatty acid, 46% single unsaturated fatty acid, and 32% polyunsaturated fatty acid.
