It is the model preferred by large-scale boutique olive oil producers. It provides the opportunity to reach high production capacities in limited production areas with auxiliary machinery and equipment. The double malaxer structure ensures that different types and sizes of olives are processed at the same time, in separate malaxers, thus shortening the waiting times and enabling the processing of different types and sizes of olives faster. OLIVE OIL MACHINE 900 KG/H series machines have the capacity to process 1100-1200 kg of olive paste per hour. It provides a more comfortable working opportunity by processing the olive paste at different speeds, depending on the type of olive and the harvest time. Especially in production areas without air conditioning, the automatic malaxator heating system ensures that the olive paste is processed in the ideal temperature range (18 – 27 degrees), increasing the olive oil output efficiency.
It is the model preferred mostly by professional boutique olive oil producers. It has the opportunity to process the olive with its leaves and pollution as it comes from the field. Since the belt bunker is flattened, it makes it very easy to empty the olives. Olives are transferred to the wash with the help of a palletized plastic band suitable for food. The leaf aspirator located at the top of the band strongly sucks the olive leaves and throws them out. The speed of the belt can be adjusted by means of an inverter according to the need.
The olive conveyor belt is designed in accordance with the food regulations. The chassis and bunker of the conveyor belt are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The tensioning system of the conveyor belt is screwed and driven from the front by being coupled with a gearmotor. The band elastic is 40 cm wide and is produced from 3 mm thick PVC material in the form of the letter “C” with nails and in accordance with the food regulations.
It is used as a continuation of the ZTB-5 olive conveyor belt. It provides the opportunity to reach higher production capacities with a better washing system. Olives coming from the belt are poured into the vibrating chamber of the washing machine. Here, a second aspirator sucks the remaining leaves from the belt aspirator and throws them out. The machine consists of two floors. In order to wash the upper floor olives, a waterfall is created by means of a pump, the olives that are washed with the waterfall and slide down pass through a second vibrating wire grid and fall into the crusher loading chamber, and the dirty water is transferred from the screen to the lower floor water reservoir. On the upper floor, there is a pit where the olives first fell into the water, and there is a spiral under the pit. Heavy materials (such as stone, iron) fall into this pit and are thrown out by the auger at the end of the process. The last leaves are kept in the water tank by means of a second waterfall.
It transfers the olives from the washing to the crusher chamber. It consists of bunker, auger and motor. The crusher elevator is made of AISI 304 stainless steel in accordance with the food regulations.
It is the control panel of the whole system. It is mounted next to the clamping unit. With the multi-plug, connection is made on the squeezing unit and the washing machine.
